It’s odd to be caught up in a TV series that began years ago. I never even knew about it at the time, and only stumbled on it accidentally on Netflix: Psych, which has run for eight seasons beginning in 2006. I’m hooked. A few months have gone by, and I have been watching so many in the span of those months, that I am done with season 6 and beginning season 7.

Caught the end of a Gerry and the Pacemakers documetary on Sky Arts 1 and it was interesting to hear Gerry say that whilst the Beatles and music in general was changing GatP kept playing the same stuff and going on tour playing the nice clubs before candidly admitting they lost the drive and got lazy.
Have set the sky+ to record the full programme tomorrow morning.

Longmire is incredible! Superbly written – each episode ends with a cliffhanger that beckons you back for the next episode. This is must-watch TV in our house and that rarely happens with all of the crap shows on these days.
To the fountain of perpetual mirth, let it roll for all its worth. And all the children boogie.

I have absolutely no idea what The Commonwealth Games are, and for some reason I’ve never looked it up either, though I’ve seen it popping up everywhere on the internet and tv.
I started watching Sherlock. I love it, but 1.5 hours per episode is a bit long. I wouldn’t mind it if I wasn’t so autistic with pausing an episode. If I watch an episode of whatever series, I want to watch it in one sit. I can’t watch something, pause it after 20 minutes because I have to go somewhere and then watch the rest of it three days later. I just can’t. That’s why I find it long. I don’t actually mind it being 1.5 hours since it’s entertaining enough to keep you watching.

For the longest time, I resisted getting into “Breaking Bad”. Now that I’ve watched every episode and am nearing the final stretch of its final season (season 5), I see what all the fuss was about. An amazing drama.
