Watching h2o just add water. It’s alright. My friend made me watch an episode a while back. I said that I would watch another episode, but I never did
Funnily enough my friends and I were just talking about that the other day- apparently there’s a cartoon version of it now, I used to watch it when I was about 9, ah memories
“Cause I’m no ordinary girl, I’m from a deep blue underworld…” (sounds really sh*t now that I think back on it), Cleo was my favourite!

‘Doctor Who’ is back and about to start (it started about half an hour ago but im on delayed tv).
It picked up a lot with Capaldi in the hot seat but now we’re hitting his second series and further improvements are required.

I’ve been obsessed with home make over shows recently.
Not just shows like Extreme Home Make Over, but also Dutch shows about people looking for a house, and less extreme make over shows. I love decorating so it’s very inspirational and I just find it fun for some reason. much to my dad’s delight *ahum*

Last CSI episode moan is in the spoiler. It gives the ending away so if you dont want to know what happened, you havent seen the episode, you plan on watching the episode later, and you open the spoiler, then you are an idiot.
A true pleasure to see Grissom back and a decent episode, not as good as it once was but decent. But did we have to have the Hollywood ending where Grissom and Sara sail off into the sunset literally. It should have ended 5 minutes earlier with Grissom going back to the sea and Sara getting her dream job not the sentimental s**t that was tacked on to please the brain dead morons who cannot handle a TV programme ending where not everybody lives and dont get everything they ever wanted. If thats from the directors of TV and film land then all should be sacked for thinking that their audience has the emotional capacity of a ripped hoover bag.

Has anyone else seen the new show, The Muppets? I had heard they were coming out with a new show and last night, we watched a re-run of the pilot episode, ‘Pig Girls Don’t Cry’. I was very pleasantly surprised as usually when an attempt is made to revive an old show, it’s not very good.
This, however, is not your father’s The Muppet Show. The new one seems edgier with subtle little adult humor bits thrown in. I loved it.
To the fountain of perpetual mirth, let it roll for all its worth. And all the children boogie.

What kinda of adult humor? Sometimes movies and tv will throw-in adult humor and as a result it ends up more childish as a result.

Here is one small example. First, it is a documentary type show – behind the scenes of the late night talk show, Up Late With Miss Piggy. In one scene, there is a production meeting with the staffers on the show and the house band, The Electric Mayhem. One of the band members, Dr. Teeth, suggests they get together every morning for a meeting about the show. I paraphrase the following lines.
Kermit: But this IS a meeting!!
Zoot: It’s a meeting? Oh, OK. Hi…My name is Zoot and…
Dr. Teeth: Not THAT kind of meeting!
Later, Fozzie says something about online dating and the strange responses he gets to his ads that read something like, “Hairy bear seeking…”
He says someting like – “I guess the responses are OK – just not for me.”

I believe I saw it a week or two ago. I can’t recall the episode, but I enjoyed it as well

I think the old one had these quite a bit – often via the guest stars – which is why I didn’t mind watching it with the kids when they were young.

@meanmistermustard – love that clip. Whenever I hear someone say the word “phenomenon”, I think to myself, “doo-doo-doo-doo-doo”.
Glad you will be able to start watching it soon. I think you will enjoy it. Like you, I’m a huge fan. Unlike @trcanberra , I had no kids to use as an excuse to watch the original series – I’m all the kid I need.

Oh, it wasn’t an excuse – it just made it tolerable – unlike many of the other kid’s shows around and about (can anyone say Teletubbies?).

Who needs kids to watch silly TV shows?
At first I thought you were asking why we make kids watch silly TV shows.
But now (I think) I get it.
No one – but if they are watching them anyway and someone older is keeping them company it helps that they are as good as the Muppets.
