I loved X-Files, but I stopped watching by the last season, and I hated the second movie with a passion. I’m not really looking forward to a reboot, or whatever they would call it.parlance
I understand you and to a certain extent share your feelings… but Mulder and Scully are like family to me, I would love to see them together once more.

Since my favorite character was killed off, I have even less interest in watching a new series.
Talking about Krycek.

Same here – whatever they make of it. I also didn’t mind the second film TOO much.

The alternate ending for Titanic, if you thought America didnt do enough cheese (tho obviously they didnt use it).
I never got the end of Titanic so does Rose die or not? Or is it just a casual Leonardo Dicaprio dream (lets face it we all have had at least one)
If so it would be very convenient that she got to tell her very imporant story of her relationship with Jack that nobody had ever heard before right before she died, thank God for movie magic

Yeah she is the old white-haired woman but at the end she goes to sleep and she sees all of the people on Titanic applauding her and Jack.
Meh she wasn’t real anyways

I dont remember that – must have blanked it from memory as it sounds awful. I thought she told her story to all those listening up to the point where Jack drowned and then she stopped and the film finished. Don’t remember her dying before ascending to heaven for a reunion with Jack.

Yeah it was a pretty bad ending but still warms the coldest chambers of my heart which says a lot but then that could be just young Dicaprio *shrugs*
Here you go mmm found it, skip about halfway in

So romantic, it just reminds me that I shall be forever alone
It’s basically the same ending as the old version of The Ghost and Mrs Muir that still gets me all misty when I see it.

It was the end credits that pissed me off, where…
Mulder and Scully broke the fourth wall and waved at camera. Can you be any cheesier?
My friend and I were hollering we were so angry. Gah! I still can’t believe that happened.

“Don’t remember her dying before ascending to heaven for a reunion with Jack.“
That’s because she descended to the bottom of the ocean for a reunion with Jack

I understand you. But believe it or not my third favorite character was… the Cigarette-Smoking-Man! Gosh, now that I think about it there must be an X Files Forum somewhere on the Net, right?

I wonder what form they take now. I was on a list, sort of like Yahoo groups, but I think that’s all gone now.
I made the mistake of asking William B. Davis at a talk he gave in the late 90s if he was aware of CSM fanfic. And he asked me if it was juicy.
I think I got what I deserved there.
