Hmm, intriguing @Expert Textpert…

I dreamt me and my family (all four of us this time) went to Boston. While there, I saw a street that was named after Cynthia Lennon, which @Ahhh Girl had mentioned on the forum recently. It was a block over from a street named after John Lennon .

I dreamed that Star Wars was being filmed — one of the recent episodes, where Princess General Leia and Han Solo meet each other again for the first time in years, except there was more shooting in my dream than there actually was in the movie. Anyway, they were filming this scene when all of a sudden ‘Lazarus’ David Bowie popped out of somewhere and started wandering around the set, staying just out of the way of the cameras’ line of sight, but still generally being underfoot and everyone was like, ‘Bowie what are you doing here get off our set’. He looked very ghostly so it was twice as unnerving.

Later, I dreamed that I was having lunch and we had some hot dogs and buns. There were two buns in a plastic bag, and I picked them up and held them to me like large pillows, which was what they felt like, and these apparently lighter-than-air buns lifted me right Off The Ground . ‘HEY LOOK, I’M A ZEPPELIN!’ I cried as I floated about the room.

Two fabulously interesting bits of my last night’s dreamings involved wonderful-to-varying-degrees reunion concerts:

— from Led Zeppelin — this one apparently took place in 1988, although it seemed to be based upon the supposedly atrocious 1985 Live Aid reunion, but despite my time-traveller’s knowledge of how badly this concert was received, I enjoyed it immensely nonetheless (the only song I distinctly recall being played was ‘Kashmir’, but there were others) and even exchanged a few lines with Jimmy Page after the show, complaining about the increasing ubiquity of modern technology, to which I, with my 21st-century prescience, replied, ‘You have no idea’;

— and Pink Floyd (classic lineup: Gilmour, Mason, Waters, Wright — this one was probably based upon the Floyd’s Live 8 reunion), which, while I don’t recall distinctly what was played, I do recall that it was truly Glorious in every way — even though, after Roger Waters asked the audience what we wanted them to play, and we (myself loud among them) chanted, ‘ECHOES, ECHOES’, and he promised they’d play that after a short break… they just sagged off. I told them that that simply meant that they’d have to get back together again and play ‘Echoes’ this time.

Then my dreamings went off in other directions which I won’t get into here because it was very involved, but I did dream of ‘Comfortably Numb’ at least twice.

I wouldn’t be surprised if you had vividly dreamed a full 30 minute Echoes Jam. I’ve done similar things myself.   

I wish I had! But instead, I dreamed a full 7 minute Comfortably Numb… twice.

But I often dream real songs in vivid detail, whether I’m hearing them, playing them, or some strange combination.

I always have a dream about my teeth falling out. It’s weird and random. I have no idea why,as it’s not something I’ve ever worried about as I’ve been going about my day,or any other time come to that. It’s not just one or two teeth that fall out either. It’s always the majority of them. Very strange   

I’ve had a few dreams like that in the past. My dad said it was a dream most usually had when one is worried about one’s appearance.

It may be so, because when I had the dreams, I was overly concerned with the way I looked. Nowadays I’m satisfied with my appearance almost without exception, and I haven’t had the dream in ages.
