Very interesting dream, it’s funny how AppleScruffJunior was in the band but not me as she’s never mentioned having any musical talent on the forum whereas i have but cool. I think it’s also cool that you did a 3 song single, bands typically stick to 1 song per side so adding that bonus is cool and something i wish The Beatles did.
Excuse you I’m a decent ukulele player, I just never talk about it

Had another Page and Plant dream. It was nice — hugs all round, I convinced them to jam together, just for a bit of fun, and at the end Jimmy threw Robert in the swimming pool, and then Robert did the same for Jimmy.
I also dreamt that @Dark Overlord came back. I was so glad.

…me too. He created an account called ‘Dark Overlord Returns’, which I thought was a bit unnecessary but it was nice to see the little guy back on the forum.
I also had a dream that Kenneth Branagh died, which was horrifying as I love Kenneth! He got drunk, managed to jump through a f**k load of glass, and basically bled to death. Pretty gruesome.

I’ve had the Dark Overlord returning dream now too.
Additionally, I dreamed that The Hole Got FIxed’s band made a Germany tour to promote their new album. So I went to a venue to buy tickets and they were all sold out! A bit disappointed, I walked home and when I heard some buskers playing on a side road I decided to listen to them instead. I went into the direction the music came from and when I reached them I saw that the buskers were none other than David Gilmour and George Harrison ! They had about twenty guitars with them and played one awesome guitar solo after the other and sang with their lovely voices, that was an incredible experience. After a while, I wondered where the bass and drum sound came from and then I saw that Ringo and Paul stood behind them and played their instruments. Funnily enough, Paul and Ringo looked like they do today whereas George looked like he did around 1968 and David Gilmour like in the early seventies.
One of the best things was how Ringo cheerfully screamed ‘Rock on George, one time for Ringo, please’ in his Honey Don’t voice every time George made a pause in his guitar solo. At the end, all the three others were teasing George and he got so annoyed by it that he played the most awesome guitar solo I’ve ever heard, minute long without a single pause. After that Paul, Ringo, and David were quiet in admiration and shock and then everyone cheered and celebrated George.

That was a cool dream, @Martha! Was Dave filling in for John?
I know right? That’s funny, I haven’t thought about it that way… but no, no one can replace the one and only John Lennon for me, not even master Gilmour. They were all just jamming and coincidentally three of them were Beatles.

I was at my house as usual, but Jimmy Page, Robert Plant and John Bonham were all there with their gear! I was John Paul Jones, and we were in the midst of recording Houses of the Holy. We had set up our equipment in the bathroom, of all places (I don’t know how you could fit four people in there, let alone that and a menagerie of instruments and stuff, including a full drumkit ). We were all waiting to get started while Jimmy wrote some stuff down, I unbelievably excited to use my newfound musical skills, but unfortunately I woke up before anything else happened.
In a second dream, my family and I were in London on vacation, checking out places of interest and a gigantic mall that was strangely situated on the spire of a tall skyscraper and that had an amusement park attached to it. I was super excited to let everyone here know about my adventures, and perhaps even arrange a meet-up with @SgtPeppersBulldog, but when I asked my parents if I could use the internet they replied by saying that the hotel had no Wi-Fi, and the costs would be astronomical. Again,

Sweet dream, @WeepingAtlasCedars. Guess who else had a Zepp-related dream…
I was a schoolteacher, and I also happened to be able to see spirits. I was having a problem with this particular haunt which kept appearing to badger me into joining her in the glade of shades or whatever. It was very annoying, and I nearly ran out of salt. And then she said something which really unnerved me: she claimed to be related to my boyfriend, Jimmy Page*. She further claimed that he was part of her glade of shades or whatever, but whatever dubious history Jimmy might’ve had , I knew she was lying when she said that.
Well, I rang him immediately, and he came round to reassure me, and then we went about looking for ingredients for some sort of recipe that would drive the haunt away permanently. I think we’d just collected an insect that had been caught in a spider’s web when I woke up.
*I know, I know

Very odd dream last night. I was in a club or pub with Mike Rutherford of Genesis and he needed to go to the toilet. So I had to show him the way but he was now quite elderly and needed to lean on me to walk. On the way I told him how my elder brother would play Genesis endlessly in our house when I was growing up. I think Phil might have been there too. What can it all mean?

@Martha and I were sitting in my livingroom, and all of a sudden, today-times Paul and Ringo arrived! Paul greeted me with a kiss and the four of us took a black minivan to a vegan restaurant. We chatted, ate lunch, and had a very fun day.
Thanks much, Martha! We should hang out with Paul and Ringo again sometime.

Oh, what a lovely dream! I’m honoured to have hung out with you and Ringo and Paul. Now that Ringo knows the vegan restaurant in your town, how about showing him the one in my town? And after that we take a tour on the trails of the Sexi Exis through Hamburg with the Paul and Ringo as guides. What do you think, is that a decent plan?

Sounds good to me, Martha!
I had another dream last night:
Dhani was holding a tiny, intimate concert-type event to promote a new album, and I got to go! He played some songs on an acoustic guitar, and then on a Strat (including The Number). Some of my friends and I think a few of you guys were there too, and when Dhani took a break for a intermission, I got to sit next to him.

I dreamt that I went to the Roger Waters concert, and the entire first half was just showing some film thingy about Earth and the moon and Mars and space travel on the ceiling. There were only about half a dozen people there, and some of them walked out. During the intermission we went to the bathroom and didn’t come back, which is a pity as we missed the actual musical bit.
Then I woke up, and thought about Led Zeppelin, and when I fell back asleep, I dreamt that we (first I was just there, and then I took John Paul Jones’s place) were rehearsing/attempting to record something, which was first ‘When The Levee Breaks’ but then it was ‘The Ocean’; but either way, we couldn’t seem to get it together. Anytime three of us were ready, the fourth person would miss his cue, or be off somewhere, or something. (I think this was inspired by my real-life band, albeit exaggerated.) To make matters worse, John Bonham was getting progressively more and more drunk, until finally we had to call it a day — but not after I had to give Jimmy Page and Robert Plant a stern talking-to for bickering about nonsense while we were dealing with so much other crap.
(Robert had a book with a photo of him that Jimmy wanted to keep for himself, and Robert thought it should be his to do with as he pleased. It was a nude photo. Don’t ask me )
Then I was picking up discarded fancy-dress clothes (just Jimmy’s and Robert’s, actually), and loudly bemoaning people who wear five outfits a day and don’t put them back. (This, I feel sure, was inspired by Little Girl’s habits in that line. The clothes were fluffy tulle and satin, and Jimmy’s were purple and Robert’s were pink.) ‘Bless you, Jonesy, for wearing the same thing all afternoon,’ I called into the bedroom where JPJ was. ‘Actually,’ he said quietly, ‘I was wearing two different outfits, but I put the first one away when I finished with it.’ Whereupon I pretended to faint at this piece of astonishing conscientiousness.

Bruce Johnston (of The Beach Boys ) was wrestling some giant spider crab thing in his front yard. I wanted to help him, but I couldn’t move in the dream, and Bruce lost. He had to give the spider crab thing some of his hair in return…
I don’t know either.

^^Now, I know where all your fantasy one can see in your artworks comes from, what a funny dream!
A couple of nights ago, I had a really weird dream with many Forumpudlians involved:
@Ahhh Girl was the George Martin of a band consisting of @The Hole Got Fixed on drums, @Von Bontee on violin, and myself on keys. We sounded really horrible so AG suggested at some point that we should have a fourth member in the band because four is a magic number in bands. So we held an audition and in the end, we decided to admit @Ron Nasty on drums in our band because, to quote dream THGF, ‘one can never have too many drummers in a band’. What do you think, lads, is there any reasonable chance of us having a number one hit anytime soon?
Oh, and before the dream ended, there was a really short sequences which was completely unrelated to the events before in which @Beatlebug PMed me to tell me there was a message for me in SgtPepper’sBulldog’s Lonely Arts thread.. (I’m sorry, Peppdog, I swear I won’t ever make this part of the dream come true! Your poor artworks!)
