So what? I love Elton John, as well as Metallica and Black Sabbath.
(Besides, Elton John has some bloody great songs.)Pertaining to the topic,
I once took a swig of straight vodka, it was terrible.
It’s something because back in the 80’s, I was a real heavy metal guy with the heavy metal look, yet I liked Elton John (I liked The Beatles back then as well, although that’s never something to be embarrassed about). Elton John has some great songs though, I really like Saturday Night’s (Alright For Fighting).

I remember one morning in college when I woke up and drank straight vodka from the bottle before going to class.

Expert Texpert, Do you like Miley Cyrus for her physical appearance, her music, or both. Also, I prefer Jack and beer over the more fancy liquors, but I will have vodka if offered to me and your comment reminds me of how I used to sneak beer into the school cafeteria.

I don’t drink anymore. I lead a sober lifestyle. But I had plenty of wild times. They just got out of hand, so I had to stop.
I like her for her music, mainly her collaborations with the Flaming Lips. I don’t think she is particularly attractive, but she is cuter with long hair. I used to find her outlandish antics to be very obnoxious, but now I think she is funny. She is also a big fan of both Woody Allen and Elvis Presley, and so am I.

I once got a mouthful of oatmeal porter because I thought it was root beer. I spat it out immediately — thought it was nasty! (I was about ten.)

I confess that for a Beatlemaniac, I don’t actually have that much Beatles paraphernalia — a couple t-shirts, three or four books, and my CDs/records is pretty much it. I don’t even own a licensed Apple apple-peeler!

It’s funny you say that because at the Thanksgiving table, my mother told me I drink too much after she told me I Charlie Browned their Thanksgiving by giving them McDonalds and beer instead of a proper thanksgiving. We got to listen to lots of Beatles and Beach Boys though (my parents 2 favorite bands).

I’ve heard people say that she looked better when she was 16 than she does now and I can’t blame them, as she looks ugly nowadays, but why should I care, I’ve never been into girls and don’t plan on changing that (in case if you ask, no I’m not gay).

Not unless you’re drunk yourself, although since you’re sober, it would suck for you.
I also haven’t eaten McDonald’s in over 10 years. And during that 10-year period, had I bought a Big Mac and fries and left them sitting in my kitchen, they would look the same today as when I bought them.

I actually like ‘Stairway To Heaven’ (come at me, haters!) Mostly just the guitar part, though; I need to learn it so I can annoy people at guitar shops.

I don’t know why liking Stairway To Heaven is something to be embarrassed about, I love that song, as it’s actually the first song I remember hearing. As for you, William Shears Campbell, I can’t believe you haven’t heard Stairway To Heaven and since I am unsure if you know this song, also listen to my favorite song, Tie Your Mother Down by Queen.
