wow! I’d be especially thrilled to have seen both Smokey and Buddy Guy…This was actually the second time I’ve seen Buddy Guy. I saw him when he was touring with Jeff Beck in 2016. I was originally going to see Cheap Trick at the Buddy Guy time slot, but they canceled earlier that week. I’m ultimately glad I saw Buddy Guy instead because this is supposed to be his farewell tour. I’m sure Cheap Trick will play Illinois again soon. They are from Rockford, after all…

Offline Just saw Les Claypool’s Fearless Flying Frog Brigade. Awesome show, they covered Animals all the way through. Sean Lennon was on guitar, he was the real deal. He can really play, shredding, riffing, rhythm, space, he was all over the place and seemed really comfortable with Les. Was cool to see.
