Offline I had a fabulous Christmas. I spent the 25th with my parents, my brother and my sister at home. My grandparents also visited. We played a fun game of ‘Christmas Charades’. We went to visit my grandparents for drinks and biscuits on Boxing Day. My sister stayed at their house for the night. On the 27th, we went to see my Uncle, his partner and their adorable baby son. On the 29th, we went to visit my other grandparents, my Auntie, my Uncle and my cousin in Stratford-Upon-Avon. It was lovely to see them.
From my brother, I got Yellow Submarine Playing Cards as a Christmas present.

Me too. It is magical at Christmastime with a light snow falling.
It was pouring rain when we were there, we skated around the Rockefeller rink with six inches of water on the surface of the ice 
but it was too expensive to reschedule, lol.
Hope you’re on the mend @oldfannz and that you don’t have too many lingering after-effects – I’m pretty sure I’ve had covid a few times and it always gave me the worst cough afterward. Being sick over holidays sucks but, as I like to say, ’tis the sneezin’

Offline Finally tested negative after 15 days but don’t feel like I could run a marathon. Yes, the lingering cough, but my most annoying symptom has been the head full of cr*p necessitating many boxes of tissues.
A northern hemisphere Christmas must be magical – and it’s even looked on as traditional down here where it’s summer at Christmas and everyone goes on holiday. Not sure if I’ll ever experience a winter Christmas!
