This time of the year is when I like to watch QVC because they start selling stuff for Christmas and dressing festive and they decorate. I can’t watch it here at school, though, because I didn’t bring my own TV and I think the other people on my floor would judge me if I watched it on the communal TV.You don’t have to care whether people judge you, you know.

I’m partaking in the Reddit gift exchange this year, I hope it will be fun (and that I’ll actually get sent things).
Also I started buying Crimbo decorations for my apartment- I bought snowflake lights to put on my kitchen windows and I’m going getting a stocking to hang on my staircase and a mini Christmas tree.
I also noticed some great Star Wars decorations that I may buy for a friend of mine, her entire family is mad into SW.

Which reminds me it is about 1/2 done, unfortunately it went the way of Klaus’ translation and has been sidelined for the time being, however it will definitely be finished within 2 years, give or take.
I have seen bits and pieces over the past year that I thought “oooh Ex Tex would like that”** but I felt a bit awkward asking for your address, if you want to send it to me, I’ll send you a cool Christmas bundle of random things that’ll hopefully tide you over until the finished product is complete (I will also include one of my legendary homemade Christmas cards and the obligatory stereotype Irish postcards that I have a handful of for when I write to people abroad).
*picks up needles*
**That also goes strangely for mmm, everytime I see a Peanuts thing (I saw this absolutely gorgeous Peanuts mug, spoon, and plate set in Germany and if I was 100% certain I was going to Liverpool in October, I was going to buy it for him but the mothership wasn’t keen on me going without dad’s permission, curses).

Oh definitely not sorry if you felt that way! Your postcard is stuck on my wall as a reminder for me to get up off my rear-end and do a few more rows, I’m just a slow knitter because I don’t practice it as often as I should but I will finish it, dammit.
Also while I was talking about Klaus’ translation, I got a good bit done over the summer but then I stupidly lost my USB and I didn’t find it again until last week. I’ll do some more over the Christmas and then do A Few Days of ASJ Christmas where I send out bits everyday.
