I can’t remember a member from Switzerland so I think you get it by default! 

  

I rarely drive, and when I do, I do it carefully. But I don’t think it’s that extreme. There’s a tolerance of 10%, meaning you can drive 55 in a 50 km/h zone and you get a ticket driving 56. I believe speeding tickets are rather expensive, depending on how much you went over which speed limit your licence is revoked and I can imagine there being a short prison time for e.g. 100km/h in a 30 km/h zone. But it’s not like everyone’s going to prison for going over the limit.
