While everything around you changes, the soul within stays the same; it’s important to remember that and fight for the right to be happy. There’s a place where I can go when I feel low. It’s all in yer mind.

I bought a new microwave for the kitchen today. Instead of a 30-second button, it has a 33 1/3-second button. It plays Beatles songs when the microwave stops instead of beeping.
I haven’t read the whole manual yet. It may have more Beatley features. If you discover any of them, let us know.
I have been suspecting this, but today I really timed it. 
The one minute button actually goes for 64 seconds. How cool is that.

Everything has cooked fine for me. Maybe they manipulated the cooking temp when it cooks for 1 minute.
The two minute button goes for exactly two minutes. Same for the other numbers.

Offline Oh, sorry. I’m kind of a perfectionist nut when it comes to my microwave cookery. I’m always checking the wattage on microwaves and consulting with this website and adjusting if the microwave wattage varies from the standard 1100 watts given in most instructions on the package.
