Hunky Dory is objectively better (or contains more songs that are iconic), and I have a lot more sentimental attachment to it… but whatever floats your boat. It’s Bowie, it’s all good.

Offline Certainly! Let’s preheat the oven to 350F, then we shall combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cubed butter in the bowl of a food processor, and process it until the butter has been absorbed. Then we can add the buttermilk and keep mixing until it forms a damp and crumbly dough.
After that, you can turn onto an unfloured surface and knead into a ball while I find the cookie cutters!
