The coda – Wild Life , Speed of Sound and Pussy Cats have arrived, so the ‘first wave’ has ended.

Now to try and get past 1969.  I was doing so well until the 1963 bootleg, Two Virgins , The Family Way , Wonderwall Music and Electronic Sound intruded.

I thought I would wrap-up on how ebay went.  I had 51 purchases in 4 months (I know! – sigh).  Out of that, I had 2 disputes which PayPal awarded in my favour (one item didn’t turn up, another was not as described and I got a full refund on both).  Of the rest, 2 look like Russian forgeries but play OK so I will live with that.  I only paid prices where I wouldn’t mind if something went wrong – so overall not too bad an experience and I have found a few suppliers who are fast, cheap most times, and reliable.

None of them (except one local supplier) managed to match Amazon Canada who got the Dylan mono box to my door in 4 days for a standard delivery fee.
