You know you’re getting serious when you start getting records because they “look interesting.”
Well they were free, so I took advantage of it. Most of those I wouldn’t just buy, but when it’s free, ehh why not.

I got George’s Dark Horse
George’s punctuation.
I love the purple ink though, and George’s handwriting always reminds me of his smile.

All from Goodwill. 99 cents each.
That’s interesting. I never find any vinyl worth buying at the Goodwill. Usually, I don’t even bother to look at it because it’s so consistently full of stuff nobody wants. That’s interesting that you’ve had better luck.
CDs from the Goodwill are a different story.
To find good stuff there you really have to commit. I check Goodwill/other thrift stores about 3 times a week and what I find is by luck and good timing. (Most Goodwill stores are cherry-picked beyond reason, though.)
But yeah, most of the records there are garbage. They should be burned, that’d be way more entertaining than listening to them.
Anyway, bought some more records;
Walls And Bridges – John Lennon . (horrible shape. The cover is missing the top flap, and the record is ticky, skippy, and awful (no skips or noise on #9 Dream though. )
Magic Christian Music – Badfinger. (Nice shape.)
Graceland – Paul Simon. (25th anniversary edition.)
*sniff* I was going to buy Concert For Bangla Desh, but it was 20$, and I didn’t have that much. *sniff*

Today I went back to the record store to see if I could get some more free records and I came home with quite a lot more as there was a whole other rack of free records put out.
So first off, I did buy two records, which were
Wings, Wild Life
And Back To The Egg by the prior band.
Then the free records… Again most of them I grabbed just because they looked mildly interesting.
Elton John’s Greatest Hits Volume II. Obviously, it’s in pretty goofy shape. Also, I found out that FSC has a wayy better copy of this album. Then again, ehh it was free.
Then I got these 3 Mormon Tabernacle Choir records.
The Sound of Music orchestral covers
Some Russian Music
This album of jazz covers, because of the title track. Yes it is the Beatles one.
Life And Times by Jim Croce
Then three(technically two and a half) Beach Boys albums
Surfer Girl
Summer Days (and Summer Nights)
Then just disc 2 of The Best Of The Beach Boys (That’s where the half album comes from)

Yesterday , I purchased a very strange record. I first thought it was maybe an anniversary edition of the White Album because there are several bonus tracks on it. But the research I have done showed it isn’t. I’m very confused and wonder who put this CD together because the selection of bonus tracks (all from the Anthology albums) seems to be so random (you can see it on the picture) and the cover is weird as well! Does anyone know if this is a special edition or even an official release by Apple? Sorry if the question is stupid but I don’t know much about releasing policies and everything related.

You’re right, thanks! Do you also think the bonus tracks are quite randomly chosen?

As others have said, it’s not official.
This CD appears to be part of a set.

Oh, you’ve found it, thank you very much @Necko! I will go to the record store right away to look for the others in the set
Still, I don’t understand why a record store is even allowed to sell unofficial records; it’s illegal in the end.

I got a lot of stuff today.
First I completed my Wings LP collection with my favorite Wings album, Red Rose Speedway
Then I got this goofy copy of Beatles ’65. It’s actually not in as bad of shape as it appears to be though.
Then I got some more records from the free section.
Another Mormon Tabernacle Choir record
Then I found this whole classical album set that Father Shears Campbell has three of. I was going to get them all except the ones that FSC has, but they looked to be in better condition than FSC’s and they were free so I got them all.
The box I got, and the front of one of them

Good idea. Don’t know if you’re serious though. PM me if you are.
For those who didn’t get the PM(which is probably everyone except Evangeline, unless Evangeline shared the PM with someone), I was serious. And finally the records arrived in beautiful condition!

Just ordered my first vinyl in about 40 years, where does the time go?!
The Best of Dire Straits and Mark Knopfler
All Over The World – The Very Best of The Electric Light Orchestra
Negotiations and Love Songs by Paul Simon
Greatest Hits by Fleetwood Mac
The start of my new collection, needless to say, more Beatles to come as funds allow. The first batch is a compromise, as my wife isn’t so keen on The Beatles, strange I know. LOL
This order is for my soon to arrive (I hope) turntable.
