Recently got Pink Floyd’s The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn on CD and George Harrison on vinyl. ahdn_george_08 (The reason I got GH on vinyl was because it was actually cheaper, and I only had so much money ahdn_paul_01 which is why I didn’t get Piper on vinyl as well, cos it was considerably more expensive. And also why I didn’t go crazy and buy half the Floyd’s studio discography all at once. ahdn_george_06)

Still waiting for Piper to pipe at the gates of my mailbox… a-hard-days-night-paul-7

I’ve been listening to George Harrison  a lot latey. I hadn’t given it enough attention on earlier listens.

1980? What TV appearances were Elvis making three years after he died?

Gosh, my eyes are bad.

@Necko, when Elvis returned to live performing in 1969, He often joked “This is my first live appearance in 8 years. I’ve appeared dead a few times.”

I’ve been buying a bunch of Genesis, Phil Collins, Brand X, Peter Gabriel, Steve Hackett, and Anthony Phillips albums lately.

Nice. Enjoy it. I accidentally ripped one of the clear plastic sleeves when removing a disc, so be careful. I had to buy new sleeves and the new one doesn’t match exactly.

I haven’t bought Free As A Bird  yet because it’s like $13 on Amazon.  I want to try to find a cheaper copy.

Baby I’m-A Want You album by Bread.

Best Of Bread also by Bread.

Bread as a band isn’t too bad, actually.

It’s on vinyl too, so my small collection is starting to get bigger.

There are quite a few young (and older) vinyl enthusiasts around (including myself) so you aren’t alone! john-lennon-salute_gif
