@William Shears Campbell, now that you know you don’t want to be a teacher, do you know what career field you want to pursue?
Well wanting to be a teacher was my sort of little kid goal. I now am interested in technology engineering, however I’m still not that srure.

Bit bored, so I thought why not do a thirty three and a third set of 9 facts?
1. I had two MP3 players when I was 10. I used to be awake at 3am at weekends listening to whatever was on them. From what I remember, there were was Hello Goodbye (which I liked) and All You Need Is Love (which I thought was soppy at the time), Band On The Run , My Sweet Lord and Got My Mind Set On You. There was also a whole bunch a of songs by The Doors (I still like Peace Frog and another one which name I can’t remember), State Of Shock by Michael Jackson and Mick Jagger, Happy Together by The Turtles,Oliver’s Army by Elvis Costello and a whole bunch of other stuff I miss.
2. I kinda have crushes on models from the sixties (including ) but I’m put off by the fact they’re all old now .
3. I almost got left behind on a trip to The Natural History Museum in primary school.
4. I actually hate it when The Beatles or something I like is mentioned on telly, because my dad always makes a big fuss.
Dad (from downstairs): “PEPPDOG! LOOK! BEATLES! LOOK! LOOK! QUICKLY!”
Me:
5. Being on the zip wire on another school trip was probably my favourite experience. I felt a sense of freedom when descending, and my wobbly tooth fell out between gos.
6. I used to say I was allergic to plums for some reason.
7. I think I do pretty good impressions of an upper class gentleman and a brummie.
8. I hate jumpscares. I remember getting one at the end of some video and shaking for about 10 minutes afterwards.
9. While I’m waiting for some flared trousers, I’ll have a turtleneck too, please.

1. I write backwards in cursive and in print. I also can write forwards-backwards, backwards-backwards, backwards-upside-down, etc…
2. I’m the black sheep of my family.
3. I’m ambidextrous.
4. Button-up shirts are the most comfortable.
5. Hugging is my greatest fear.
6. I read voraciously (philosophy books especially.)
7. In group activities, I’m considered the ‘cool kid’. (Dunno why though.

8. Thrift stores are my main source for buying records, as the closest record store is 45 minutes away.

Here’s 9 facts about me, I’m trying to look for ones that have some shock value yet are inoffensive:
Side A:
1. I used to have a copy of the Magical Mystery Tour EP that was given to me by somebody, it was very weird, especially considering that’s their only release where the US version is considered canon, but it warped and I had to throw it out.
2. I used to get in trouble a lot, whether it be in school or at home, a couple of occasions involving the police.
3. If you see a post I wrote, there’s a good chance I wrote it in my underwear., I have even wrote a couple of posts naked.
4. I still use Internet Explorer and refuse to use any other browser.
5. I wasn’t potty trained until about a month or 2 before I turned 4.
6. When I was 7, my mother took my brother who is a year younger than me to watch the movie Cars in the theaters and asked me if I wanted to go but I said no because I thought that it was for little kids.
7. When I was younger, I used to collect stuff such as old video games and vinyl records, although I never played the vinyl records, I wasted so much money on this stuff, especially considering I sold it all and got less money for it, this is one of the reasons why I don’t believe in buying stuff.
8. I have a natural urge to challenge authority.
9. I used to believe that George played bass on Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da and that Paul played the intro solo on I Want You (She’s So Heavy).
Side B:
1. I hate people born in 1973.
2. The reason I feel this way is because I had a teacher born in 1973 who put his hands on me and called the cops on me when I defended myself.
3. I have never kissed a girl.
4. You guys are my only friends and I like it that way because friends I have had in the past did really weird things like humping me, flashing me, throwing rocks at me, putting me at knifepoint with a knife I let them borrow because they want to keep the knife, giving me their prescription drugs, and worst of all, planning a time to hang out and not letting me in at that time on that day despite us planning it in advance.
5. In real life, I don’t like to be around females and when I had real life friends, they were all males.
6. I heard Tie Your Mother Down before I heard Bohemian Rhapsody.
7. I am obsessed with year of births, I think it’s fun to know what year someone was born in and assume what they like and what they liked as a kid.
8. I hate being around my family, especially my outside family.
9. I don’t feel sad at all when relatives die.

That’s really a nice thread! I’m still so fascinated by @Evangeline’s writing skills!
1.) I am the same age George had been when he arrived in Hamburg for the first time with the Beatles.
2.) When I was younger, I sincerely believed that I was from another planet but left on earth to observe the human species and their behaviour and that my friends will eventually come and take me home again. Therefore, I sat at my window every night and waited for them. Needless to say, they didn’t come.
3.) I’m really obsessed with prime numbers, they’re so mystical and beautiful! My favourite one is 373.
4.) In my family, I am the only one who listens to anything else than the latest hits on the radio. My frequent attempts to play Beatles songs or other great music to them resulted in reactions like ‘has the singer got stomach problems?’…
5.) Like other forum members, I’m probably asexual. It’s no that I don’t love anybody – in fact, I love quite a lot people (family, friends, The Beatles,…) – but I don’t have the urge to love someone in a romantical way and I honestly can’t see why a romantical love should be in any way superior to other forms of love. But I’m happy for everyone who is in a happy relationship!
6.) Two of my greatest dreams are to see Paul and Ringo live and to visit London! I’d also love to travel to every continent at least once.
7.) I’m terribly afraid of darkness.
8.) I get fascinated by unknown things way too easily. Regardless whether it’s a new piece of music, an idea I had, something in the news, or even a new word, I am most likely to get so lost in my thoughts about it that I daydream which can be either hurtful (when I’m near trees) or embarrassing (when I’m in class)
9.) Until I die, I want to listen to and play as much different music as possible.

That’s some pretty dark stuff alright, but I’m not sure who you are overlording.
I say in speeches that a plausible mission of artists is to make people appreciate being alive at least a little bit. I am then asked if I know of any artists who pulled that off. I reply, 'The Beatles did'.

I’ll do a second list, but this time, I’m only going to directly quote things that others have already said. That’s puts an interesting spin on it!
1. Like other forum members, I’m probably asexual.
2. I have never kissed a girl.
3. While I’m waiting for some flared trousers, I’ll have a turtleneck too, please.
4. Of all things, I like music best.
5. I love soup, mmmmmm soup. The only type I hate is tomato, if you serve tomato soup to me I will be very, very angry.
6. I am a pessimist.
7. I am a hugger – deal with it.
8. I try to be as non-judgmental and open-minded as I can about most things.
9. I don’t have any tattoos or piercings (and I’m not planning on getting any either).
I agree with many people on many things about ourselves!

Yay!
Now, do note that being asexual doesn’t necessarily mean you’re aromantic. Two different things. I’m at least 97% aromantic, I think.

Ok here’s my list
1. I’m the same age that George was when Taxman was released.
2. I’ve played guitar since I was 6 years old to grade 8. I also sing and play the drums and bass occasionally.
3. I live in the same forest where Robin Hood once roamed.
4. I can be fairly shy in person at first but pretty wild/silly around friends and people I get to know.
5. The first Beatles songs I heard were when I was a child at primary school. I’m Only Sleeping was the first song that got me ‘into’ the Beatles, which was last summer.
6. I’m an eternal optimist and a bit of an existentialist.
7. I’m probably what you would consider an indie/hipster kid – although i’m not a fan of labels.
8. I’m a huge believer in social equality and justice. This influences my politics and I do regularly campaign for a particular party. I did History and Politics at university recently.
9. This forum is the first that i’ve been an active member on.

Let’s do one of these.
1. I am definitely not asexual. I know this because I am very attracted to women, but I also really enjoy friendships with the opposite sex that are devoid of romance. (Obviously this is the case with all BB members. Do not worry, I will never try to hit on you)
2. Now that I am out safely, I can freely admit that I experimented with drugs in highschool and it coincided with my experiences with Beatles music.
3. I have two twin standard poodles named Midas and Ella that I wish we had given Beatles names. Actually, Midas looks a lot like Pete Townshend. I wish he was named Pete.
4. My favorite movie is Fantastic Mr. Fox, followed closely by Deliverance, The Godfather, The Graduate, and Goodfellas.
5. My first name is James, just like Paul.
6. I am a Methodist.
7. I mainly read rock biographies, but I also read Hemmingway and other classic authors.
8. My favorite ice cream is Cookies and Cream.
9. I don’t have a favorite Beatle, but I do have a favorite Beatles’ song and album. Can you guess what they are?

I consider myself asexual, I used to have friends that watched porn and when I was over their house, we watched xvideos, but I really don’t like the idea of being in a relationship for several reasons:
1. people break up all the time
2. since I don’t have a sister, girls remind me of my mom
3. I don’t feel comfortable around girls in real life
4. girlfriends expect things from you
I will say though that I like certain media that involves non-sexual romance, I love those episodes of The Simpsons where Homer and Marge are dealing with their relationship and I really love the song Love Of My Life by Queen, except for the live version.
