Silly Girl has loads of different ways of being said in French. The direct translation would be ‘Fille Stupide’ but that is more-or-less calling you an idiot which isn’t true to the meaning of your username (nor yourself of course).
I shall give you a choice
Fille Nunuche (which sounds quite cute ‘fee noo noosh’)
or
Fille Cucu (‘Fee cockoo’).
I think Fille Nunuche is the more appropriate one as ‘cucu’ could be thought of as more ‘cheesy’ than just a silly person.

I have been asked whether I am the not-serious kind of silly or the lacking-good-judgement kind of silly. I answered that while I like to think I am the notserious kind, I am occasionally the other as well.

I love one bit of advice that I read before on the internet:
“If you are in the middle of nowhere and a nuclear missile is coming your way, just dig mother f**ker, dig”.
You’d still die anyways so I’d probably just say “oh f**k, f**k, f**k, f**k, f**k”, while trying to run away from the area, which would of course work and I would outrun it.
It’s just like when people say you should never run from a bear when it chases you, you’re better off playing dead. An avid hiker who wrote about his experiences on the Appalachian Trail disagreed. He said running from the bear gives you something to do for last few moments of your life.

The Mountain Winery 2016 concert schedule just came out. It’s a pretty cool venue that’s just a few miles from where I live. I won some free tickets in a charity raffle, so I was wondering if any of the concerts jump out at you all. Like for instance, has anyone heard of Brit Floyd?

I believe Brit was Pink’s slow witted but big hearted cousin.

@sigh butterfly Looking at Brit Floyd’s youtubey stuff, they look pretty good. I mean, nowhere near as good as the original but I would go see them if they were playing nearby. For free it’s a no-brainer, although there’s a lot of other cool artists playing at that place it seems.

I see what you mean @pepperland, it looks like quite a complicated stage show for an outdoor winery concert. I was also looking at Jeff Beck but I don’t think madame butterfly would be into him (plus he was a no-show twice in my concert going past 😐 ) We’ve been going to concerts here for the last 30 years. One of my favorites was the Moody Blues in the 1980s. The flautist Ray Thomas was still active back then. The concert started at 8:00 and since it was May there was still very light outside. The second song was his For My Lady and he started by saying he was very nervous performing in the daylight and felt like he should put on more of a show. He started doing a pantomime of climbing a rope followed by a little jig. Justin and John couldn’t believe it and were laughing their heads off. The whole place kind of relaxed into the MBs vibe and the separation between band and audience melted away with the sunset. “Breath deep the gathering gloom”
