I’ve never heard of it, either. I was hoping you’d stick with the old one a while, actually. It has to do with my March avatar I have planned…

Sorry. I get bored with avatars pretty easy, and am always looking for new and fun ones. (And the one I’d really like to put on there would never get approved.)

Wiki has the BBC screening it in the late 90’s and 2009 -> 2011 so way past my childhood. Never got into the Smurfs,, the Raccoons was creepy as hell in a watchable way, the Moomins scared the living daylights out of everyone – still have no idea what that cartoon was all about.

The Moomins were a cartoon? I love the books, I never knew there was a show!

Oh, and say good bye to the Telletubbies! This their last day!

I thought the Telletubbies ended years ago. Oh well, will be a sight seeing the four of them queuing up at the Job Centre.

I’ll be sad to see the Telletubbies go, they were a reminder of my childhood every time I saw your avatar, faceo. I was a big fan :)

Wiki has The Teletubbies ending in 2001, thought it ended years ago. I presume therefore its the re-runs coming to an end.

In honour of such a passing here is their classic 1997 #1 single ‘Teletubbies Say Eh Oh’.

I don’t know if I misinterpreted it,, but I think faceo was referring to today being the last day for his avatar (’cause he’s changing it).

Yep, that’s what Faceo was meaning. However, I am tickled pink over the way mmm played with the concept..at least that’s how I interpreted what mmm did there (pretending that Faceo was talking about the show’s re-runs just now ending).

From one show to another! Out with The Telletubbies, in with Phineas And Ferb! And that’s what I meant about wetsroosa’s avatar. Had that lined up for a while! It’s actually still February here, but what the hell.

OK, I found my official avatar for March: Negrodamus from the great Chappelle’s Show. Was watching Chappelle’s Show highlights on YouTube with the wife, who never saw any of it until she met me, and came across a Negrodamus skit and couldn’t resist. I also incorporated a Negrodamus quote in my signature as well.

@Starr Shine?, I know nothing about pokemon, too late for me. Cute dog tho but why is it wearing a scarf?

@WETSRoosa, never heard of Chappelle’s Show, when was it broadcast? Did your wife like it?

Eevee, huh? Pokemon just showed up on Netflix, so I’ve been binge watching that today.

Funny, I just found a toy of that in my old backpack I had when I was little.

Make that three. I used to watch this channel on the telly called “Boomerang” which aired old shows like Tom and Jerry, Scooby Doo etc. Like four years ago they showed the Snorks a lot. I never really liked it. All I remember is the orange one with the annoying voice.

I’d noticed the avatars are flooded with many infamous reiterations of the white lines of the Abbey Road . So, I’ve decided to change it to support my favourite beatle, Ringo!

"White Album - My joint-fave Beatles album along with Revolver. They show the two sides of Beatles. Revolver's very controlled - even though it's also very innovative. The White Album's playful and almost ramshackle. It's like a scrapbook kept by a genius. Fantastic stuff."

I realized that pokemon has nothing to do with the Beatles so I have followed in your footsteps and now show off my favorite Beatle

I wouldn’t say “flooded”. I’m really the only one who always has an Abbey Road  parody. It’s my schtick. And yours was the best one I’ve seen yet. But we could always use more Ringo avatars, there’s way to many Paul ones, and a good amount of John and George too.
