Hi. I read online that there were no Yesterday …and Today paste over records that had the Gold Record Award. Is this true, I read this on Wikipedia so I didn't believe it 100%. So is this true? Is there any actual value to this record?
I also didn't understand why it has the Capitol Records' logo on the sleeve, and the Apple Records' apple on the record label.

I don't understand what you mean. A gold record is awarded by the RIAA for 500,000 album sales in the USA; it has nothing to do with the album cover. The album itself sold far more than half a million and was indeed certified gold, whereas the pasteovers only existed in the tens of thousands.
As for the Apple label/Capitol sleeve thing, you're talking about a '70s edition that was distributed by Capitol.

Ok, well do you know a good website for Beatle records? I'm trying to get my hands on a paste over Yesterday and Today or original for under $200. I'm a new collector.

Well, there's plenty of websites out there, just do a quick Google search…but I don't think you're gonna find a pasteover anywhere for under a couple of thou$and, sorry! Best of luck, though.
This article (and website) looks pretty informative:

I don’t think that’s true. For a supposedly rare record, I see copies surprisingly often. The ones in absolutely pristine condition are worth a lot, but there are probably reissues, foreign pressings and slightly damaged versions that are cheaper. I’ve no idea if the prices are still accurate, but have a look at the “Discography & Price Guide” section on this page: http://www.rarebeatles.com/alb…..discog.htm
