Overrated – Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds , is amazing, but it's considered one of their best, which I'm not to sure about, as (for me) it gets old very fast.
Underrated – She's Leaving Home, I almost picked A Day In The Life , but anyways, She's Leaving Home is a gem, and one that I almost NEVER hear mentioned, it's just so awesome… and sad.
When I Twish And Shout, it makes the Girl say "What Goes On?", and than I say, "I do this Here, There and Everywhere", and than she finishes by saying "Honey Don't".

I have to disagree. I really like LSD while SLH is a bit melodramatic. I prefer Lovely Rita or Good Morning Good Morning .
I don't know how ADitL could ever be considered overrated.
Ad hoc, ad loc, and quid pro quo! So little time! So much to know!

I disagree as well- LSD is a great song, as is SLH (especially for the subject matter and beautiful strings) but I would say what they're both “rated' as are appropriate.
Lovely Rita is way too underrated if you ask me. Overrated… I don't know, maybe With A Little Help From My Friends ? Though, I love every song on the album.
Tongue, lose thy light. Moon, take thy flight… see ya, George!

I don't think With A Little Help From My Friends could be underrated, it gets kind of annoying after a bit.
When I Twish And Shout, it makes the Girl say "What Goes On?", and than I say, "I do this Here, There and Everywhere", and than she finishes by saying "Honey Don't".

Well, since “A Day In The Life ” usually makes any “best song of all time” list it wouldn’t be my choice for being “underrated”. It’s a great Lennon/McCartney collaboration (no matter how much EltonJohnLennon may try to downsize Paul’s contribution) and rightfully gets all the praise.
I would pick any solo-McCartney song on this one: “Getting better”, “Fixing A Hole “, “Lovely Rita “, “When I’m 64”, “She’s Leaving Home “, Sgt. Peppers”.
Sure, ADITL is the serious, epic climax of the album, but what would it be without all the fun from the mentioned songs before?! All those songs have great arrangements and vocals. The bass parts especially on the first three are really cool (as are those on “Good morning” and “Mr. Kite” of course). Those songs may not be as “deep” and “meaningful” as others, but it’s indeed hard to write a good “nonsense” pop tune!
Those songs breathe the spirit of “Sgt. Pepper ‘s” with all the sound experiments and cool instruments (horns, harpsichord, combs, Tambura, clarinets etc.).
They are the meat on the bones of the album. Without them there wouldn’t have been an album that could have contained “A Day In The Life “.
It’s hard to name a favourite among them. The great guitar intro and vocals from “Getting better”, the dreamy athmosphere and cool guitar solo from “Fixing A Hole “, the fantastic “aaaaah” intro (it’s easier to identify Paul here than in “A Day In The Life “, I admit!) and crazy arrangement of “Lovely Rita “, the great drums and cool clarinets from “When I’m 64”, the magical “audience” parts, Paul’s soaring rock-vocals and even more soaring guitar from “Sgt. Peppers”, the beauty of “She’s Leaving Home ” – all those songs have much to offer pleasure and joy.
Maybe I would pick “Lovely Rita “, but any other song could be my favourite, too.
That being said, of course John’s other songs are part of the magic as well. But it’s usually Pauls songs that are called “filler” on this album by SOME people. So if any song on this album is underrated, it would be one of those.

Well, I just mean A Day In The Life is never mentioned among 'non-Beatles' fans, unlike Hello, Goodbye , Hey, Jude, Blackbird …
Yeah, I would agree with any of those.
That was other great comment, I can actually really respect that view of Sgt. Pepper 's.
It's funny how one comment can change a view of a whole album, that you thought you knew. I've always loved ANY song on Pepper, but Paul's, as you called fillers, conside by some, I always LOVED those, very great songs, some of the best I've ever heard.
When I Twish And Shout, it makes the Girl say "What Goes On?", and than I say, "I do this Here, There and Everywhere", and than she finishes by saying "Honey Don't".

I think Good Morning Good Morning and Fixing A Hole are quite underrated.
Overrated? With A Little Help From My Friends . I think it's kind of cheesy.

Ok With a LIttle help of my friends works very well after Sgt. Pepper . But If you with Joe Cocker's version, I'm very sorry to admit it but yes, it's kind of cheesy. But it's Ringo and Ringo balances any chessy-ness in a song

Oh no, it does work great after Sgt. Pepper 's. Maybe it's because I've heard the song so much, and I know so many people who like it. So to me, it's overrated. The Joe Cocker version is God awful.

Try the Sam And Max (?) version. It's worse.
