I would say I’m Looking Through You is my favourite, the lyric is very relateable
“I’m Looking Through You , where did you go
I thought I knew you, what did I know
You don’t look different, but you have changed
I’m Looking Through You , you’re not the same”

Personally, I think all of Paul’s songs on Rubber Soul were terribly weak compared to Lennon’s and Harrison’s

Well, it’s a tough choice. Many cite Sgt. Pepper and Abbey Road and Rubber Soul guess the slightly underestimated. It’s one of my favorite albums (if not my favorite). Because one thing I really appreciate the Beatles are the bass lines, vocals and stereo (among other things, of course), and the Rubber has these very striking features. I will give some examples and then say my favorite. Watch the stereo’s vocals What goes on and on “Drive My Car ” in part “and maybe I’ll love you” is too perfect! Must also mention the festival of guitars on “Think For Yourself ” and the wonderful drums on “Wait “. Anyway, I could mention them all here, each has a striking feature.
But, I must say that In my life is in essence the best (besides being with her that my love for The Beatles began). The vocals, the melodious drums, the amazing bass, the rifs George, accelerated piano, his lyrics and the story that she keeps with her.
Ah, I must also say that the Rubber touch me in a special way in my life, which does not mean that other albums do not have their technical excellence and their amazing!
Now’s my list:
1- In my life
2- The word
3- Girl
4- Drive My Car
5- Wait
9- You won’t see me
10- What goes on
11- Nowhere Man
12- I’m looking throught you
13- Michelle

I know this might be weird to everyone but I love What Goes On the most on Rubber Soul . It’s my favorite song on this one. Ringo’s singing is most sincere there. Second place would have to be You Won’t See Me .

Even though I grew up with the N.A. Rubber Soul Album, I prefer the U.K. LP with the 14 songs.
– Norwegian Wood , Nowhere Man , Michelle , Girl & In My Life are studs! Add Drive My Car to it and you got 6 hits from the Red 1962-1966 LP. Amazing!!!!!!
This is another reason I find it just as good as Revolver , which only had 2 songs on the Red LP

I could never pick a favorite on RS, but Think For Yourself is up there. It’s so underrated (as George was and is in general.) What Goes On is also very underrated (similar situation as George, but possibly more underrated.)

Michelle . Such a masterpiece, Paul’s “French tune” as I think somebody called it. One of Paul’s best –with a little help of John as far as I know. Yes, I know the lyrics lack the poetry of “In My Life ” or the depth of “Nowhere Man ”, or the poignancy of “Girl”. Musically? Perfect vocal, bass and guitar arrangements, and a tune that is unforgettable yet not corny. I love the beginning in French, the way Paul sings “I love you, I need to, I want you” when the melody goes up. I know that for some of you it may be even sappy. But when I listen to it I remember what being in love was like when I was eighteen, so many years ago –and that’s enough for me.

All of ’em.
You Won’t See Me is up there, though. I could write volumes on how thrilling it is, how the energy that begins with the opening cymbal-crash bursts into your face and doesn’t let up for three long, glorious minutes. So it infuriates me when people (*elbows @ewe2*) put it at 13 and say whot a drag it is.
That having been said, I adore all of ’em pretty much equally. The only ones I’m not keen on are:
and the ones I love are
- All the rest.

Nowhere Man – A fantastic pop song with a great lyric. Please listen – You don’t know what you’re missing
Worst song? Run For Your Life by a mile.
Rubber Soul contains the best and worst of John Lennon .
