Thanks, I’ll check it out
EDIT: Just finished downloading. Does anyone know of a quickish way to get them all in to my iTunes library? When it’s just one album, I can hit play on each track individually, but I don’t want to do that for 22 discs.

In the sidebar menu there is the option to add either individual songs or complete files. I think its called add or import songs (or folder depending on which one you click) – im not on my laptop so i forget and cant open itunes.
Click either of those and your computer file directory will appear, then just navigate to where your music library is.
Sorty i cant be more precise.

I didnt get what it Beatles In The Bloods post was about.
I was thinking that a ‘new’ 10 track Beatles album is sitting there waiting for release on itunes: The 6 unavailable tracks from the b-sides of the Free As A Bird and Real Love cd singles, the 3 bbc tracks that were on the ’94 Baby Its You Ep single thingy, and the horridly edited piece of useless cash-in guff that is The Beatles Movie Medley from 1982 (Im actually quite offended that that piece of s**t is on my laptop). Apple could even shove on a few rare mixes from across the many seas (the capitol vol 1 & 2 boxsets are just sitting there available to buy) and make us buy it for £11.99 on a shiny cd or £8.99 as a download. No need to dig down into the archives either. I should get a job working for Apple.
That’s the only way you’d be happy with Apple!
I’m interested in this stuff but don’t wanna get anywhere near a torrent site, I think I have a problem…

I had that problem. I still have a thing where I’ll only download things that haven’t been released (or are no longer officially available, such as Hollywood Bowl)
Joe has a very nice explanation of how to use torrents safely and correctly earlier in this thread. (Just ignore the porn)

I listen to a lot of bootlegs online, and bought my first and only one at a local Beatlefest a couple years back. It is entitled The Beatles: The White Album Sessions, and it is the same as The White Album cover except the background is black and the text is white. It features an interesting compilation of unreleased White Album tracks, mainly Esher Demos. It is an interesting summary of how my favorite album developed. Does anybody else know of this bootleg?
I don't expect you... to understand after you've caused so much pain. But then again, you're just a human... a victim of the insane.

I don’t know of that, but I do have The Esher Demos. (by the way, I’m thinking about changing the artist on all my Beatley bootlegs to “The Beatles (bootleg)” so it’s separated. Don’t know if I should)
Oh, and another reason I prefer torrents is that, (normally) they have the metadata already filled in.

I generally use blogspots for downloading; no legit available albums but if out of print then
That sounds safer, how do you find them?

Why not? And interesting new name.

If anyone wants music from youtube (Legally) all you have to do is copy & paste the youtube link, and put it in here: http://www.youtube-mp3.org, then hit the Convert Video button, then on the next screen hit Download and you will have an mp3 music file saved.
It’s that simple, and no worries of getting viruses from Torrents.
listentoyoutube.com is also good.

@Mr. Kite It’s so I get lots of money.
Here’s some blogspots I like (for Beatley and non-Beatley bootlegs)
This one’s fantastic, giving the 100 greatest bootlegs. It’s where I got The Esher Demos from, as well as some great Radiohead and Nirvana stuff.
This one is also good, it’s got some Paul and George shows, along with a crapload of Beatles studio and live stuff. And some non-Beatles stuff as well.

All my boots have been cut up and placed either with their respective albums or in specific folders (Live, BBC (separate from Apple’s releases), Get Back Acetates & Mixes, A/B Road (4 parts due to itunes only going up to track 999), fan mixes etc). Has taken me ages to get it sorted but why have She’s A Woman outtakes in a different place to the commercial version?
There is a thread that lists some of the sites folks here use. I have no idea where it is.
Attached is a sample pic for BFS.

I picked up an interesting looking LP for a couple of quid the other day from my local record shop, Abbey Road Revisited. Seems to be from Israel. Not listened yet. Anyone else come across this?

It’s a bootleg filled with common outtakes available on either the ‘Anthology’ or a great number of other bootlegs. ‘TBOJAY’ is derived from the Anthology dvd and is not take 1 and ‘Here Comes The Sun ‘ will almost certainly be from ‘Rock Band’.

It was only £3 (after discounts- when you buy more than one disc the shop owners tend to knock off a few pounds and round the price off). And I just can’t afford the Anthology at the moment, CDs or DVDs. Other than At the Star Club it’s the only bootleg I’ve found (and purchased). The rest are albums, singles and compilations.

Interesting that the front/back covers are outtake photos from the photo shoot. You’d think with the title Abbey Road Revisited, they’d have the Fabs walking toward the studio on the front cover and not away from it.
That a nice find for a small price. Enjoy!
