I just bought The Beatles Remastered Stereo Box Set 16 CD + DVD
On the CD “Please Please Me ” is actually Rubber Soul .
Please Please Me is on the CD cover and also on the CD itself, but it’s just ” Rubber Soul ” which is playing
Is that something worth?

When was this box set released? If it’s older they tend to be worth more

Offline WHOA…I just noticed this too…and it’s 2019. I have all the Beatles albums & other music on my hard drive. I play it on Windows Media Player, “play favorites”, so it plays randomly. I was passing by the computer when I heard “Boys ” but the album cover was Rubber Soul . So I thought !?!?!?!?.
That’s how I discovered this forum. I doubt it is worth much as there are so many copies of this screw-up out there.
Was this error ever corrected for the digital master re-release? I have cat #0946 3 82416 2 1 on the Apple label has a nice booklet + the original album cover on the back of the CD cover.

Offline Did you buy a legit box? I don’t mean that nastily but there were a ton of fakes created soon after the initial release that were very cleverly done to match the genuine product yet had many typing and disc errors. A search online brings up how to identify the fakes.
