Probably their best non-UK album and definitely an improvement over it’s UK counterpart IMO. I love how it opens with I Want To Hold Your Hand instead of It Won’t Be Long (great song but mediocre opener) and i also love how it’s divided into 4 3-song quadrants (non-WTB tracks, WTB side A tracks on side A, WTB side A tracks on side B, and WTB side B tracks). But most importantly, Capitol gave us more bang for our buck by replacing the rock and roll covers for 3 top notch originals, leaving the rock and roll covers or their also great but not as great followup.
