Which is the one that stands out for you most and why? 1, Blue Album , Red Album , Love Songs…
For me it’s 1, just the sheer unimpeachable heft of it. The best by the best.

I would have to agree. 1 is the reason I am a Beatles fan. I was 6 when it was released, and I randomly one day started listening to my parents CD of it. I remember begging to go to bed late so I could finish the whole album. And the obsession began.
The tracks on that album are still the most nostalgic for me, and all my family. (My siblings aren’t big fans like me, but they know every word to those classics.)

‘1’ is a great hits compilation, one of the best ever compiled, and its success and achievements are utterly ridiculous (read the Wiki entry, it’s joyously insane), but it’s never an album I’ve been that in to. I didn’t play it that much when it came out or since, I’m not much of a hits album fan.
For me ‘Love Songs’ is their greatest compilation; it was a family must-play when on holiday as a kid; my dad loved it and it was a massive reason why we listened to the Beatles in the first place (‘Pepper’, ‘Love Songs’ and ’20 Greatest Hits’ were the three cassettes), the running order is ingrained into my soul and I love the entire feel of the album. It’s as near the perfect album as I think is possible.
An additional load of praise should go to ‘Hey Jude ‘ (aka ‘The Beatles Again’). My dad owned it on LP (I now have it) and the cover always brought me in/back, especially John where he looked as some kind of incredibly weird Holy Man on the front cover. I was fixated by the back and front photos and that made me play the album frequently: side 2 being the favourite.
So much do I love these albums I have them play-listed on my phone, the only two.
I don’t know if the US albums are deemed as compilations but I bought ‘Beatles VI’ on LP as a kid from a record shop for £15 which was a fortune to me a kid, loved that (tho the oddity of it would have been a large factor (I wouldn’t have been as clued up on the America variations at the time). I remember spending ages going back to the shop and looking at it deliberating over if I should buy it. I’m still delighted I did (and still have the album).
