17. Her Majesty — not even a real song anyway, so whatever…
16. Maxwell’s Silver Hammer –my least fav full song bcuz of its offset quirkiness, and it is very fruity and inconsistent with the rest of the album
15. Golden Slumbers — a great beginning of The End with some fine vocals, but not as memorable as the rest…after all, most of these are a 10 on a scale from 1-10.
14. Carry That Weight — same deal, but I like the chorus
13. The End — the grand finale is overshadowed by all the previous songs; they’re all just that good
12. Mean Mr. Mustard — a good middle for Lennon’s Medley contribution, catchy but not pure bliss like both bordering bits
11. She Came In Through The Bathroom Window — an absurd and goofy tune, with clever lyrics, nice to listen to but nothing particularly memorable
10. You Never Give Me Your Money — love the buildup/breakdown of elements, all the portions fit…nothing to dislike, just nothing to put it over the top
9. Oh Darling! — great vocals, nice piano and guitar riffs, a real classic rocker…not at the level of others on the first half, however
8. Polythene Pam — here true greatness lies–it harkens back to psychedelia in a new way, and a high-flying melody, however brief
7. Here Comes The Sun — a classic, great in every sense of the word, but just does not resonate with me as well as others
6. Sun King — best part of the Medley, just so relaxing and freely orchestrated
5. Octopus’s Garden — Ringo’s best in the band, bar none, with a cosmic sense of wonder
4. Because — excellent vocal replication, lyrics of wonder and a melody so simple it rings true
3. I Want You/She’s So Heavy — powerful stuff, especially that ending–audacious as that white noise engulfs us, and cut!
2. Something — everything as expected, beautiful, pure, resonate, deep and true, Harrison at his heights
1. Come Together — just a beautiful bluesy bitch; pure awesomeness every time you listen to it. What else can you say?

1 Something -my favorite Beatles song
2 Because
4 I Want You (She’s So Heavy)-love the guitars and John’s screaming
6 Oh! Darling -Paul should’ve let John sing this one
8 Abbey Road Medley-The only part I like is The End
9 Maxwell’s Silver Hammer -One of the Beatles worst songs…so fruity

I think with a collection of songs this strong, the ranking enterprise breaks down, because so many would occupy the #1 slot (let alone the #2 slot).
So what I will do is, firstly, note the songs that I would NOT rank #1:
I Want You
The End .
All the rest of the songs have to be jam-packed, like impossibly multiple Supermen in a phone booth, into the #1 slot.
For me to choose which of the rest of the songs cannot be #1 would be like forcing me to choose which of my children I should sacrifice to death.

I’m going to rank them all individually, but Her Majesty doesn’t really count.
Polythene Pam – My favorite solo in their career.
Something – Each member contributes a great part of the song.
Mean Mr. Mustard – every aspect of is so catchy it’s amazing
Maxwell’s Silver Hammer – George played guitar and bass on it. The synth is a nice touch as well. People should stop hating on it and hear the instrumental.
You Never Give Me Your Money – Once all the instruments kick in it’s hard to top. 2nd favorite solo on the album.
Come Together – People don’t realize how great this song really is. It’s hard to explain, but oh well.
Octopus’ Garden – Ringo’s all around great contribution to the album.
Sun King – It’s very calming, a lot like Within You Without You .
She Came In Through The Bathroom Window – I like the guitar a lot on this. That’s mainly why it’s up here.
Here Comes The Sun – once you hear the bass line to this song you start to appreciate it a lot more.
Oh! Darling – Amazing vocal performance by Paul.. let’s just leave it at that.
I Want You (She’s So Heavy) – they pretty much go wild for majority of the song, in a good way.
Golden Slumbers – Another one George bass’d on.
The End – Don’t know what to say about this.
Because – Three-part harmonies make it a good listen, but I prefer Sun King for its guitar.
Carry That Weight – It exists..
Please don't wake me, no don't shake me, leave me where I am, I'm only sleeping~.

The “Sue Me” reference was probably a nod to Lennon getting sued by Chuck Berry’s publisher for ripping off “You Can’t Catch Me ” – “Here come old flat top/He come grooving up slowly…”

Why would anyone think you’re crazy for having it as you 2nd favourite Beatles song? Usually in my Top 10, sometimes makes Number One. I still like my reference to John’s copyright troubles.

Why do you like Maxwell’s Silver Hammer because of that video?! That video may have changed my opinion about the song… from 4th place to last! Okay, not really, but that is the most disgusting, sick video I’ve ever seen. I hate violence. The song is funny, but the images… Do you think it would be better if I actually turned the sound up while watching the video?

Sorry, I have morbid sense of humor sometimes. Two Girls 1 Cup is a worse video.
Let me explain, the way I think of it as is the song Run For Your Life . You don’t think of The Beatles writing morbid stuff and how its all bouncy so its kind of funny. Or like Life Brian’s “Always Look On The Bright Side of Life” even though thats not violent, its morbid. I’m not a violent person though. I don’t own a gun even though hillbillies in my state are up in arms about the new gun proposals. I use to be deathly scared of knives or any blade, I only slight came over my fears because I had a job a Dominos, so I had to use a blade to cut pizzas.
