It was the second show of the 15th All-Starr Band’s tour of North America, which lasted for 43 dates between May and October 2023, and the first of two consecutive nights in Phoenix.

Starr had previously performed at the Celebrity Theatre on 15 November 2016 and 26 August 2019.
