Paul McCartney performed at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts in San Antonio, Texas, USA, on 1 October 2014.
The benefit concert was not part of the Out There Tour. It came at the end of a month-long grand opening celebration for the new $203 million performing arts centre.
McCartney performed at the Tobin Center’s 1,750-seat H-E-B Performance Hall. His band was Paul ‘Wix’ Wickens (vocals, keyboards, guitar, percussion, harmonica), Brian Ray (vocals, guitar, bass), Rusty Anderson (vocals, guitar) and Abe Laboriel Jr (vocals, drums).
The setlist was slightly shorter than McCartney’s regular shows.
