Paul McCartney performed at the Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA, on 14 July 2014.

It was the 43rd show of the Out There Tour, which lasted for 91 dates between May 2013 and October 2015. This concert was seen by 13,983 fans.

Prior to the concert McCartney was spotted by a fan relaxing with billionaire investor Warren Buffett on a bench in Omaha, NE. The picture quickly went viral after being posted on Twitter.

The only setlist departure from previous dates was the addition of ‘I Saw Her Standing There’, in place of ‘Get Back’, to the first encore.

McCartney’s band was Paul ‘Wix’ Wickens (vocals, keyboards, guitar, percussion, harmonica), Brian Ray (vocals, guitar, bass), Rusty Anderson (vocals, guitar), and Abe Laboriel Jr (vocals, drums).

  1. Paul McCartney is a very charismatic performer which I have always felt was one of his strengths, in addition to his musicianship and songwriting. This was a terrific concert that I’ll remember to the end of my days. It’s wonderful to see that he still enjoys performing for people and making music and that he’s still going strong.
