Paul McCartney live: Movistar Arena, Santiago

Paul McCartney performed at the Movistar Arena in Santiago, Chile, on 23 April 2014.

It was the 35th show of the Out There Tour, which lasted for 91 dates between May 2013 and October 2015, and the second of two consecutive nights in Santiago.

Though I’m upset that the jumbo jet carrying all my equipment for the show has gone technical and will not arrive in Santiago in time for the show tonight, I will not cancel the concert. I would hate to disappoint our great Chilean fans so we are moving the Monday show to Wednesday this week and looking forward to having a rocking time in Santiago.

McCartney’s band was Paul ‘Wix’ Wickens (vocals, keyboards, guitar, percussion, harmonica), Brian Ray (vocals, guitar, bass), Rusty Anderson (vocals, guitar), and Abe Laboriel Jr (vocals, drums).

Ringo Starr also performed at the Movistar Arena on 4 November 2011 and 3 March 2015.

OMFG! I was there (I was in both shows) and I enjoyed them a lot, and I cried a lot, also :’) I’m 30 years old and they were my 4th and 5th Macca shows, I feel blessed.
