Martin Scorsese’s 2011 documentary George Harrison: Living In The Material World is to be released in North America on 1 May 2012.
The documentary was shown on HBO in October 2011, and was released in the UK on DVD and Blu-ray that month.
It will be issued in three versions: a double DVD set, a Blu-ray version, and a Deluxe Edition including the DVD and Blu-ray discs, a 96 page photo book, and a 10 track CD, Early Takes Volume One.
Previously only available as part of the UK’s Deluxe Edition, Early Takes Volume One will be released as a standalone album in North America on compact disc, digital download and vinyl. The tracklisting is as follows:
