3 December 2009: Paul McCartney live at o2 World, Berlin

Paul McCartney performed at the O2 World in Berlin, Germany, on 3 December 2009.

It was the second show of the Good Evening Europe Tour, which lasted for eight dates in December 2009.

The audience for the concert itself was noticeably more vocal and livelier than in Hamburg the previous night, possibly due to large parts of the arena being reserved for standing.

McCartney and his band played the same setlist as in Hamburg. His voice is said to have been slightly strained during the show, and he occasionally forgot the lyrics to songs.

McCartney’s band was Paul ‘Wix’ Wickens (vocals, keyboards, guitar, percussion, harmonica), Brian Ray (vocals, guitar, bass), Rusty Anderson (vocals, guitar), and Abe Laboriel Jr (vocals, drums).
