Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band live: Expo 98, Lisbon

Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band performed at the Expo 98 festival in Lisbon, Portugal, on 18 August 1998.

It was the seventh show of the fourth All-Starr Band’s European tour, which lasted for 18 dates in August and September 1998.

Portugal was very nice in the end and the concert was fun. It took place at the site of Expo 98 witnessed by an enthusiastic crowd of 10,000. I did fulfill my ambition and had a delicious meal of Bacalhau at a simple restaurant al fresco. Al sends his regards.
