Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band performed at the IC Light Amphitheatre in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, on 29 May 1997.

It was the 23rd show by the fourth All-Starr Band. Their US tour lasted for 30 dates between April and June 1997.

Starr had previously performed at the IC Light Amphitheatre on 1 August 1995.
