Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band performed two shows at the Circus Maximus Theater at Caesars in Atlantic City, New Jersey, USA, on 22 July 1995.

It was the 27th date by the third All-Starr Band, and the second of three consecutive nights in Atlantic City. Their tour of Japan and North America lasted for 50 dates between June and August 1995.

Starr returned to the Circus Maximus Theater on 3 July 2010, 23 June 2012, and 21 June 2014.
