Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band performed at the Circus Maximus Showroom at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, on 4 September 1992.

It was the 60th show by the second All-Starr Band, and the first of three consecutive nights at Caesars Palace. Their tour of North America and Europe lasted for 62 dates between June and September 1992.

Harry Nilsson performed his hit single ‘Without You’ as a special appearance during this concert. It was Nilsson’s final concert appearance.
