Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band performed at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, California, USA, on 12 August 1992.

It was the 46th show by the second All-Starr Band, and the second of two consecutive nights at the Greek Theatre. Their tour of North America and Europe lasted for 62 dates between June and September 1992.

Starr had previously performed at the Greek Theatre on 3 and 4 September 1989. He returned there on 18 and 19 August 1995, 2 August 2008, 7 August 2010, 21 July 2012, 19 July 2014, 2 July 2016, 29 September 2018, 1 September 2019, 15 June 2023, and 8 September 2024.
