Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band performed at the Pacific Amphitheatre in Costa Mesa, California, USA, on 2 September 1989.
It was the 28th show by the first All-Starr Band. The North American tour lasted for 30 dates between July and September 1989, followed by a seven-date Japanese tour in October and November.
Starr returned to the Pacific Amphitheatre on 9 August 1992.

Garth Hudson of The Band also performed accordion on ‘Iko Iko’, ‘The Weight’, ‘The Shape I’m In’, and ‘Raining In My Heart’ during this show, and Ringo’s son Zak Starkey performed drums during the songs where his father was not behind the kit.
