Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band performed at the Garden State Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey, USA, on 11 August 1989.
It was the 14th show by the first All-Starr Band. The North American tour lasted for 30 dates between July and September 1989, followed by a seven-date Japanese tour in October and November.
This was the second tour date at the Garden State Arts Center, following an earlier show on 5 August. Starr performed there again on 21 June 1992, 18 July 1995, 3 June 1997, 9 August 2001, 3 August 2003, 18 July 2006, and 27 June 2008.

The All-Starr Band were joined by Bruce Springsteen during this show for performances of ‘Get Back’, ‘Long Tall Sally’, ‘Photograph’, and ‘With A Little Help From My Friends’. Roy Bittan of the E Street Band was also a guest keyboard player on ‘Life In The Fast Lane’, and comedians John Candy and Chevy Chase contributed vocals and tambourine during the encore. Ringo’s son Zak Starkey also performed drums during ‘With A Little Help From My Friends’.
