Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band performed at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center in Saratoga Springs, New York, USA, on 4 August 1989.
It was the ninth show by the first All-Starr Band. The North American tour lasted for 30 dates between July and September 1989, followed by a seven-date Japanese tour in October and November.
Starr returned to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center on 26 August 1992 and 14 September 2018.
