Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band live: Riverfest, Saint Paul

Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band performed at Riverfest, held on Harriet Island in Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA, on 28 July 1989.

It was the fourth show by the first All-Starr Band. The North American tour lasted for 30 dates between July and September 1989, followed by a seven-date Japanese tour in October and November.
