The 12th of 17 mixing sessions for John Lennon’s fourth solo album Mind Games took place on 7 September 1973.
The album sessions all took place at New York’s Record Plant studio. This was the third of four mixing sessions for ‘Meat City’, with the others taking place on 24 and 31 August and 9 September.
The song ‘One Day (At A Time)’ was also mixed on this day. Mixing sessions for Mind Games ran from 15 August to 14 September 1973.
