The eighth of 17 mixing sessions for John Lennon’s fourth solo album Mind Games took place on 30 August 1973.
The album sessions all took place at New York’s Record Plant studio. On this day the song ‘Only People’ was completed, following previous mixing sessions on 21 and 23 August.
