The fifth day of overdubs for John Lennon’s fourth solo album Mind Games took place on 14 August 1973.
The album sessions took place at New York’s Record Plant studio. This was the second of two days in which Peter E ‘Sneaky Pete’ Kleinow added pedal steel guitar.
The overdubs recorded on each individual day are not known, but Kleinow performed on ‘Tight A$’, ‘Aisumasen (I’m Sorry)’, ‘One Day (At A Time)’, ‘Bring On The Lucie (Freeda Peeple)’, ‘Intuition’, ‘Out The Blue’, and ‘You Are Here’.
