The third day of overdubs for John Lennon’s fourth solo album Mind Games took place on 12 August 1973.
It is not known which songs were worked on on this day at New York’s Record Plant, but it did not involve any guest performers. The core musicians on the album were Lennon, David Spinozza (guitar), Ken Ascher (piano, organ), Gordon Edwards (bass guitar), and Jim Keltner (drums, percussion).
