The Beatles returned to New Providence Island in the Bahamas on this day, following three days of filming Help! on Paradise Island and Rose Island.
They filmed scenes at a number of locations. Among the sequences were the scenes where John Lennon, Paul McCartney and George Harrison scour the island shouting for Ringo Starr.
