The Beatles’ first trip to Exeter in Devon, England, was the 18th concert on their 1963 tour with Tommy Roe and Chris Montez.
The group’s setlist on this tour contained six songs: ‘Love Me Do’, ‘Misery’, ‘A Taste Of Honey’, ‘Do You Want To Know A Secret’, ‘Please Please Me’ and ‘I Saw Her Standing There’.
They returned to the ABC Cinema on two other occasions: 14 November 1963 and 28 October 1964.
