The Beatles performed just once at the Corn Exchange on St Paul’s Square in Bedford, Bedfordshire.
They headlined a bill which also featured Robin Hall and Jimmie Macgregor. The Beatles were a late booking; Joe Brown had been due to headline, but was unable to perform.
Entry cost just three shillings, and the night lasted from 8-11.30pm. The Beatles played on two other occasions in Bedford, at the Granada Cinema on 6 February and 12 March 1963.
